Are you considering layoffs or wondering how to fire someone? We can work with you to make sure key documentation, like severance agreements are in place. We are committed to working with organizations who are re-structuring and want to treat all exiting staff with dignity and respect.

Individual Employment Consultation
Did you just get notice of a layoff? Don't stress yet. Take some time to review any exit documentation and get a lawyer to review your severance documents. There are ways to protect yourself and also ask for more on the way out the door.
